MENSTRUAL CYCLE AWARENESS PROGRAM 

Venue: Senthil Murugan Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Tiruchendur

A menstrual cycle awareness program was held in our school with a member from the welfare association. She explained what the menstrual cycle is and what happens in the body during periods. She also taught students how to use and dispose of sanitary pads safely. The session included tips on how to select the right sanitary pads. This program helped students understand and manage their health better
